A Bit About Me...
Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, I moved to California in 1995 and currently reside in Marin County. I'm 38 years old. I graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree.
I'm a musician/guitarist, music lover, photographer, traveler and gardener. I work as a project/account manager in the printing business. I'm an avid Grateful Dead & RatDog fan with an extensive music collection and library of music-related books. I also maintain a digital photography archive and have a wealth of knowledge about the history of jazz, blues and rock-n-roll.
My photos have been published in local newspapers, weekly periodicals and on various band websites, including the official Grateful Dead and Bob Weir & RatDog sites. A life-long photography student, I took an acute interest in the craft after attending traditional film photography/darkroom class in high school (where I was also a yearbook photographer). I exclusively use Nikon digital cameras and lenses.
My other passions include gardening, snow boarding, boating, fishing, attending SF Giants baseball and Golden State Warriors basketball games, and living in and cruising around the beautiful San Francisco
Bay Area and seeing all of the great bands that play around here.
